Things have been rolling right along at Bodies by Young creation.
After a brief intermission with my trainer being out a couple of days last week we are back into the full swing of 3x a week.
This week I have done very well, although the week is not over yet.
Have been doing my best to eat as healthfully as possible :)
Took it upon myself to take a jog on Monday after work... around the block... little did I know I live on a very very large block.
It ended up being somewhere in the neighborhood of 2 miles when all was said and done and I feel very accomplished and proud of myself I have to say!
Tuesday was a workout with deb. After telling her about my run we did another... the workout was intense.. all on the treadmill, incorporating weights while running, and walking. It was really good workout overall.
Wendesday was my day of rest this week. I recouped and let my body just rest- as much rest as a working mom can get at least lol.
Today was another workout over at Bodies by Young Creation and the inevitable measuring that I knew was coming!!
After 4 weeks I am proud to say that I have lost nearly 10 inches, and have dropped my BMI from an embarrassing 36, to 33.2.
Believe me there is still work to be done... but this is a testament that hard work and determination will yield results.

I am very happy with the success that I have had and have an even stronger desire to continue and lose the remaining lbs and inches!
