ParentClick.com, an online family resource that started life helping Santa Barbara parents, has expanded. Founder, Rachael Ross Steidl says she decided to offer the same service farther afield after seeing the effect SBParent.com had locally. She says while more than 24,000 people were using SBParent.com eahc monthm she was receiving requests from scores of women in other cities wanting the same resource. The online service, offering tips on what to do, where to go, what to see and things to buy, is now available in Ventura, Monterey Bay, San Diego, Las Vegas, Southwest Valley, Arizona and most recently Oahu, Hawaii. The free site also offers tips on a variety of subjects such as creative baby shower ideas, etiquette tips for kids, and how to interview a baby sitter and research preschools.
