Ingredients
1 large bag of frozen chopped broc.
2 eggs beaten
1 cups of shredded sharp chedder cheese.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
1 cup of mayo
1 tablespoon of dry, minced onion
salt and pepper to taste.
2 packs of ritz crackers

Preparation
cook broc. in microwave.
Drain and put in large bowl.
Add soup, cheese, mayo, minced onion and salt and pepped. Stir together.
Add eggs, stir again.
Grease a 9X13 pan and pour in. It should be about 1 inch thick.
Crumble up the ritz crackers on top of the whole thing.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and it comes out perfect every time.
This is a recipe my mom used to make my whole life and I am 37 and I still make it all the time.
You can serve it with chicken marinated in lime and topped with pepper jack cheese and a potato. Yummy.
