Ingredients
I box yellow cake mix w/ pudding in the mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. veg. or canola oil
1 can pie cherries
16 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 TBSP cinnamon (optional)

Preparation
preheat oven to 375
mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil in bowl till crumbly.
Press most of mix into 9x13 baking dish, saving about one large handful.
Bake for 10-12 min.
While crust is cooking mix can of cherry pie cherries, 1 egg, and cream cheese.
Remove crust from oven and allow cool for a couple of minutes.
Add cherry mix on top of crust
Sprinkle saved crust mixture on top
Add cinnamon if desired
Bake an additional 10-15 min.
