Ingredients
4 (6 ounce) Salmon fillets
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tblps. Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup orange marmalade

Preparation
1. Preheat broiler
2. combine first 6 ingredients.
3. Place fish on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
4. Brush half of marmalade mixture over fish. Broil 6 minutes
5. Brush fish with remaining mixture. Boil 2 minutes or until fish flakes.
* Really tasty on the BBQ too.
