Ingredients
10 egg roll wrappers
cooking spray
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
1 c (4 oz) grated fresh parmesan
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp red pepper

Preparation
Preheat 425
Place egg roll wrappers in single layer on cookie sheet
Brush with egg whites, cut each wrapper into 8 wedges.
Combine cheese & remaining ingredients, sprinkle over wedges.
Bake at 425 for 5 min. until light brown.
