Ingredients
8 butter lettuce leaves
1c diced chicken breast
2 tbls roasted pine nuts
2 tbls bell peppers diced
2 tbls green onions, sliced fine
2 tbls shitake mushrooms, diced
1 tbls sesame oil
1/2 tbls hot chili oil
2 tbls Chinese char siu sauce
1 tbls white wine

Preparation
1. Heat chili oil & sesame oil in saut? pan.
2. Add pine nuts, peppers, green onions & shitake.
3. Saute 2-3 min.
4. Add diced chicken breast, char siu, & white wine.
5. Heat through & serve.
